You can ask for a review of a decision made by the chief executive about your firearms licence. You might want to do this if the chief executive decides not to give you a licence, puts a condition on your licence, or takes your licence away. You have 90 days to ask for a review after you get notice of the decision. You need to ask for the review in a special way and use a form that the chief executive says is okay. You must say what decision you want reviewed, why you think it should be reviewed, and what you want to happen instead. You also need to give any other details that you are told to provide. You might need to pay a fee when you ask for the review. You have to follow the rules for asking for a review and give the chief executive all the information they need. This is so the chief executive can look at your request and make a decision about your firearms licence.
