192Revocation of endorsement in respect of restricted firearm or restricted magazine

  1. The chief executive may, by written notice, revoke an endorsement on a licence if the chief executive is of the opinion that the licence holder—

  2. would not, on an application made under section 183 or 184, be entitled to have the endorsement on their licence; or
    1. has failed to observe any conditions of the endorsement.
      1. When an endorsement on a licence is revoked under this section, the licence holder—

      2. must, on demand, surrender their licence to the chief executive for the cancellation of the endorsement; and
        1. ceases to be entitled to possess a restricted firearm or restricted magazine, as the case may require, whether or not they surrender their licence under paragraph (a).
