75: Construction of building on 2 or more allotments
or “Rules for building on more than one piece of land owned by the same person”

You could also call this:

“The law allows exceptions to the rule about building on multiple pieces of land in some special cases.”

You don’t need to follow the rules in Section 75 in two situations. The first is when you want to build something with walls that will be shared between different properties and will be right on the edge of those properties. The second is when you have asked the Registrar-General of Land for permission to make a plan as described in Section 82. If you have asked for this permission, then Section 82 is the one you need to follow instead.
