189Clarification of determination

  1. The chief executive may, within 20 working days after making a determination, amend the determination to clarify it if—

  2. the chief executive, on his or her own initiative or on the application of a party to the determination, considers that the determination requires clarification; and
    1. the clarification is either—
      1. not material to any person affected by the determination; or
        1. agreed to by the parties to the determination; and
        2. no appeal against the determination is pending.
