When a notice is made under section 272HB(1) or (4), the chief executive must tell the public about it in the Gazette. You can find the Gazette online or in some libraries. The notice must include some important information, such as what the notice is about, when it was made, and where you can find it on the Ministry's website.

The chief executive must also make sure that notices of recognition are available on the Ministry's website. This means that when a new notice is made, you can find it on the website right away. Even if a notice is changed or cancelled, you can still find the original version on the website. If a notice is amended, the Ministry must make the updated version available on their website, along with the changes that were made.

You can find all the notices and amendments on the Ministry's Internet site, which is like a big online library where you can access important documents. The Ministry's website will have a digital copy of each notice, and any changes that are made to it, so you can always find the most up-to-date information.
