272W: Suspension or revocation of certification of MCM
or “Stopping or cancelling a manufacturer's approval if they break rules or don't meet standards”

You could also call this:

“A company that checks builders of prefab houses must tell the government when they approve, stop, or cancel a builder's permission to work.”

If you are a registered Modular Component Manufacturer Certification Body (MCMCB), you need to tell the chief executive when you do certain things. You must let them know when you certify someone as a modular component manufacturer, when you suspend or stop suspending someone’s certification, when you take away someone’s certification, or when you become responsible for a modular component manufacturer after doing an audit under section 272V(3).

You have to tell the chief executive about these things in the way they have told you to do it in writing. You also need to do this within 7 days of it happening.
