347: Obligation to prepare annual report
or “The Board must write a yearly report about what it did.”

You could also call this:

“The law says the Building Practitioners Board must write a yearly report that tells people what they did and how many people they punished.”

The Board must create an annual report each year. This report needs to include two main things:

  1. A report about what the Board has done. This report should have enough information for people to understand how well the Board has performed during the year.

  2. The number of people in each licensing class who the Board took disciplinary action against during the year.

The annual report must be written down, have a date on it, and be signed by two members of the Board on behalf of everyone.
