412: Application of Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989 to material incorporated by reference

This section of the Building Act 2004 used to talk about how the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989 applied to material that was incorporated by reference. However, this part of the law no longer exists. It was removed on 5 August 2013 by another law called the Legislation Act 2012. When a part of a law is removed like this, we say it has been repealed.
