370Interpretation

  1. In this section and sections 371 to 374,—

    enforcement officer means a person who, under section 371A, may issue an infringement notice

      infringement fee, in relation to an infringement offence, means the amount prescribed by regulations made under section 402 as the infringement fee for the offence

        infringement offence means—

        1. an offence that is declared, by regulations made under section 402, to be an infringement offence for the purposes of this Act; or
          1. an offence that is stated by a provision of this Act to be an infringement offence.
