99AA: Withholding certificate of acceptance

99AAWithholding certificate of acceptance

  1. If a territorial authority grants an application for a certificate of acceptance but withholds the certificate under section 208 of the Local Government Act 2002, the territorial authority must give the applicant written notice of—

  2. the grant of the application; and
    1. the withholding of the certificate; and
      1. the development contribution required to be paid or made before the certificate will be issued.
