272Y: Registration of modular component manufacturer
or “The boss can sign up people who make building parts if they follow the rules and pay”

You could also call this:

“Regular checks to make sure registered modular component makers are still following the rules”

The chief executive must check on you, as a registered modular component manufacturer (MCM), at least once every 3 years. This check-up has two main goals. First, they want to make sure you still meet all the requirements to be registered as an MCM. These requirements are listed in section 272Y. Second, they want to see if there are any reasons why your registration might need to be suspended. The reasons for suspension are explained in section 272ZA. This regular check-up helps make sure that all registered MCMs are following the rules and doing their job properly.
