272M: Notification to chief executive by MCMC accreditation body
or “The accreditation body must tell the government when it gives, takes away, or changes a certification for someone who makes building parts.”

You could also call this:

“The boss can allow companies to check and approve modular building parts if they meet certain rules.”

You can ask the chief executive to register you as a modular component manufacturer certification body. To do this, you need to apply and pay a fee if there is one. The chief executive will register you if you meet certain requirements.

These requirements include being an accredited MCMCB, having enough money to cover any legal issues that might come up when you’re doing your job, and meeting any other rules that have been set.

When you apply, you need to do it in writing. You might have to follow specific instructions on how to apply and include certain information.

After you send in your application, the chief executive will decide whether to register you or not. They will let you know their decision in writing. If they say no, they will tell you why.
