Building Act 2004

Regulation of building practitioners - Licensing and disciplining of building practitioners - Powers and procedure of Board on disciplinary matters

328: Enforcement of actions

You could also call this:

“The Board can still take action against someone even if they are no longer a licensed builder.”

The Board can take actions or use its powers against someone who is or was a licensed building practitioner. These actions or powers will still work even if the person is no longer a licensed building practitioner. This means that if you were once a licensed building practitioner, the Board can still take action against you for things you did when you were licensed, even if you’re not licensed anymore.
