271: Suspension or revocation of product certificate
or “The law explains when and how a product's approval can be taken away or put on hold if it doesn't meet the rules anymore.”

You could also call this:

“Certified building inspectors must tell the government when they make important decisions about building products.”

If you are a registered PCB (product certification body), you need to tell the chief executive about certain things you do. You must let them know when you give out a product certificate, when you stop one from being used for a while or start using it again, when you cancel one completely, or when you become responsible for a product certificate after checking it as mentioned in section 270(3).

You have to tell the chief executive about these things in the way they have told you to do it in writing. You also need to do this within 7 days of it happening.
