34ALapse of project information memorandum for non-consented small stand-alone dwelling

  1. A project information memorandum for building work in connection with a non-consented small stand-alone dwelling lapses and is of no effect if the building work to which it relates has not been completed within—

  2. 2 years after the date of issue of the project information memorandum; or
    1. any further period that the territorial authority may allow.
