Regulatory responsibilities and accreditation - Responsibilities of chief executive - Appeal from chief executive's decisions

210: Steps after appeal is commenced

You could also call this:

“This explains what you need to do right after you start an appeal against a decision made by someone in charge.”

When you appeal a decision made by the chief executive, you need to follow these steps:

You must give a copy of your appeal notice to the chief executive. You can do this before or right after you make your appeal. If your appeal is about certain types of decisions, you also need to give a copy to any other people involved in the case.

If someone gets a copy of your appeal notice and wants to be part of the appeal, they need to tell you, the District Court, and anyone else you had to notify about your appeal. They have 10 working days to do this after they get your appeal notice.
