293: Consequences of failure to meet applicable minimum standards for licensing
or “If a builder doesn't meet the rules, their licence can be taken away or cancelled.”

You could also call this:

“The Registrar must remove someone's name from the list when their permission to do something is taken away.”

The Registrar must cancel your licensing and remove your name from the register in certain situations. This can happen if you ask the Registrar in writing to cancel your licensing. It can also happen if you don’t meet the minimum standards for licensing, as explained in section 293(2). The Registrar will also cancel your licensing if you receive disciplinary penalties as described in section 318, or if you don’t pay fines or costs as outlined in section 319.
