272L: Suspension or revocation of accreditation of MCMCB
or “Rules for taking away or pausing a company's permission to check if building parts are safe”

You could also call this:

“The accreditation body must tell the government when it gives, takes away, or changes a certification for someone who makes building parts.”

The MCMC accreditation body must tell the chief executive when they do certain things. These things include:

You need to tell the chief executive when you give someone accreditation to be a modular component manufacturer certification body. You also need to tell them if you suspend someone’s accreditation or if you remove a suspension. Lastly, you need to tell them if you take away someone’s accreditation completely.

When you tell the chief executive about these things, you have to do it in a specific way. The chief executive will tell you in writing how they want you to do it. You must tell them within 7 days of any of these things happening.
