206: Chief executive must supply warrant
or “The boss must give a special card to workers who can go into buildings for their job.”

You could also call this:

“When someone gets a special paper to help the boss, they must give it back and stop using it when they're not allowed anymore.”

If you are given a warrant under [section 206], you have two important responsibilities. First, when your authority to act on behalf of the chief executive ends, you must give the warrant back to the chief executive. Second, after your authority has ended, you must not pretend to use the warrant or act like you still have the authority it gave you.
