424: References to Authority
or “Any mention of the Authority in official documents now means the chief executive instead.”

You could also call this:

“The Crown can take over and handle any legal cases involving the Authority, even if they started before or after this rule was made.”

If the Authority is part of a legal case, or becomes part of one, the Crown can take over. This means the government can start, continue, finish, or enforce any legal action that involves the Authority. This applies to cases that started before this rule came into effect, as well as those that start after. You don’t need to worry about what the Authority was doing before - the government will handle it now.
