318: Disciplinary penalties
or “The Board can punish someone who breaks the rules by taking away their licence, stopping them from working, or making them pay money.”

You could also call this:

“If you don't pay your fines on time, you might lose your license or have it taken away for a while.”

If you don’t pay the money you owe under section 318(1)(f) or (4) for 60 days or more after you were told to pay it, the Board can do two things. They can cancel your licence and tell the Registrar to take your name off the register. Or, they can stop your licence from working until you pay the money. If you don’t pay within 12 months, they will cancel your licence and tell the Registrar to take your name off the register.
