This section of the law, called ‘Application for product certificate’, used to be part of the Building Act 2004. It was about how to apply for a certificate for building products and methods. However, this section no longer exists in the law. It was removed on 7 September 2022. This means you can’t use this section anymore if you want to apply for a product certificate. The law has changed, and there might be new rules about this now.
