272ZA: Suspension of registration of MCM
or “The law explains when and how a company that makes building parts can be stopped from working for a while.”

You could also call this:

“The rules for allowing a modular component maker to start working again after being told to stop”

If your registration as a modular component manufacturer is suspended, there are ways to lift that suspension. If your certification was suspended and then lifted, your registration suspension will automatically be lifted too.

If your registration was suspended for other reasons, you can ask the chief executive to lift the suspension. You’ll need to pay a fee, unless your suspension was because you no longer met the criteria for certification. To get your suspension lifted, you need to show that you now meet the registration criteria or that you’ve fixed the problem that caused the suspension.

To ask for your suspension to be lifted, you need to write an application. You must include all the required information and follow the correct process.

After you send in your application, the chief executive will decide whether to lift your suspension. They will tell you their decision in writing. If they decide not to lift the suspension, they’ll explain why. If they do lift it, they’ll update the register to show that you’re registered again.
