373: Form of infringement notices
or “A special notice that tells you about a small wrong you might have done and how to fix it”

You could also call this:

“Rules for paying fines for breaking building rules”

When you pay an infringement fee for a building-related offence, you need to know where to send the money. If a person from your local council gave you the infringement notice, you must pay the fee to that council. If the chief executive of the government department responsible for building matters (or someone they authorised) gave you the notice, you must pay the fee to the chief executive.
